Our Approach

Lean Startup and Design Thinking concepts were introduced in Sparklab’s innovation lab. Offering the right toolbox to ideate design and launch propositions for new pockets of growth. Early adopter intimacy and constant product validations are key elements of Sparklab’s new way of introducing new products without waste.

The Result

Three new value propositions are currently being tested in the Netherlands for automotive and home insurance.
